One of the more bizarre stills I've ever seen was on the New York Times front page today.  It belongs to this video.

I remember the same strange man lectured in a class of mine at Miskatonic University. He spoke of the Necronomicon and the Dread Priest of the Elder Gods, the mighty Cthulhu. And then as he recited the death prayer of the Elder priest of Ry'leh, he unveiled his monstrous appendage. It was the worst thing I've ever seen.
